AI Agents with Gemini Spark shows you how to put your productivity on autopilot using Google Gemini Spark, an autonomous AI agent that works in the background to carry out tasks on your behalf across Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs and other connected apps. Instead of prompting a chatbot one request at a time, you hand Gemini Spark a goal and it plans and completes the work, checking in when it needs your input. The course is designed for professionals, managers, entrepreneurs and anyone who wants to delegate routine digital work to an AI agent.

You will start by getting started with AI agents and Gemini Spark, understanding how agentic AI differs from chatbots, setting up Gemini Spark, connecting your apps and giving clear instructions with the right permissions. Next you will automate work with Gemini Spark tasks, delegating email triage and replies, meeting scheduling, research, document drafting and follow-ups. You will then build reusable skills and schedules, turning repeat processes into skills Gemini Spark can apply consistently and scheduling recurring tasks such as daily briefings and weekly reports.

The final topic covers advanced agentic workflows and real-world automation, chaining tasks across apps, monitoring progress and reviewing results. Throughout the course you will learn how to keep control of what the agent can access and do, protect sensitive information and check its output. Every topic is hands-on. By the end, you will be able to use Gemini Spark confidently as an AI agent that saves you time every day.

Kesston Tang is a seasoned consultant and trainer with expertise in business negotiations, financial analysis, and corporate advisory services. He has developed consulting frameworks that support organizations in improving negotiation outcomes, optimizing business deals, and managing stakeholder relations. His clients include major corporations and government agencies, where he has provided advisory services in both local and international contexts.

Dr Alvin Ang is a ACTA certified trainer. Alvin Ang did his Ph.D., Masters and Bachelors from NTU, Singapore.
