The Agile Design Thinking Experience - Working Together Better is a meticulously crafted workshop tailored for professionals eager to assimilate the core tenets of Design Thinking. The comprehensive coverage also allows learners to distinguish various types of Design Thinking concerning their real-world applications.

The hands-on group activities, rooted in the real-life case study, ensure participants experience the Design Thinking process's application firsthand. The workshop leverages the LEGO® Serious Play® method, particularly for interactive segments like Persona Mapping, creating an environment where innovation flourishes and ideas transition smoothly into Agile development implementation.

Certificate

All participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from Tertiary Courses after achieved at least 75% attendance.

Topic 4: Apply the 5 Stages of Design Thinking

  • Topic 4.2 – Synthesize information, reframe the Challenge, define customer Point Of View (POV), “How Might We” (HMW) Questions

SSG TG is $15 per pax. Net fee after SSG TG is $309.82. Absentee Payroll is not eligible.

Steps to Apply Skills Future Claim

  • The staff will send you an invoice with the fee breakdown.
  • Login to the MySkillsFuture portal, select the course you’re enrolling on and enter the course date and schedule.
  • Enter the course fee payable by you (including GST) and enter the amount of credit to claim.
  • Upload your invoice and click ‘Submit’

The Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) is a training benefit provided to NTUC Union Members with an objective of encouraging them to upgrade with skills training. His approach to redesigning Agile learning has helped organizations improve the way product team delivers products that customers love. SinFatt has been actively involved in designing and promoting the “Agile Redesigned” product line which includes: Design Sprint with Scrum, Design Thinking using LEGO© Serious Play© methods, SAFe© PI Planning using LEGO© Serious Play© method, Agile Discovery using LEGO© Serious Play© method. SinFatt is a certified adult educator holding a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). He is also a certified LEGO Serious Play and AJ & Smart Design Sprint 2.0 facilitator.

1) please hold the course only when there are enough participants
2) please provide some basic/minimal level of refreshments, or at least water to participants
The training rooms were way too small and cramp. And the training went on despite only having 2 participants. It would have been more beneficial and less awkward if there were other participants from other industries to help expand our understanding cross industries.
