AB-100 Microsoft Certified Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect prepares solution architects and senior consultants for the Microsoft AB-100 certification, which validates the ability to plan, design and deploy AI-powered, agent-first business solutions using Microsoft technologies. The course focuses on how to combine Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure AI Foundry into solutions where AI agents work alongside people to transform business processes. It is designed for solution architects, functional consultants and technical leads.

The course follows the official exam domains. You will start by planning AI-powered business solutions, assessing business requirements and processes, identifying opportunities for agents, evaluating readiness, data and risk, and building a business case. Next you will design AI-powered business solutions, selecting the right Microsoft platforms and agent patterns, designing agent roles, orchestration, knowledge sources, integrations, security and responsible AI controls, and planning for extensibility and governance.

The largest domain covers deploying AI-powered business solutions, including application lifecycle management, testing and evaluating agents, monitoring performance and cost, managing change and adoption, and continuously improving solutions after go-live. Each domain combines architecture scenarios, design exercises and exam-style practice questions. By the end, you will be able to architect agentic AI business solutions on Microsoft technologies with confidence and be well prepared to pass the AB-100 exam.
