This course follows the guideline of Data Visualization MED-DIT-4006-1.1 TSC under Media Skills Framework

Certification

Two e-certificates will be awarded to trainees who have demonstrated competency in the WSQ assessment and achieved at least 75% attendance.

Statement of Attainment (SOA) issued by WSG. You can download the SOA from here after 3-4 weeks upon completion of the course. Note that the SOA certificate title indicates the TSC title not the course title.
Certification of Completion issued by Tertiary Infotech Pte Ltd issued after the class.

About Progressive Wage Model (PWM)

The Progressive Wage Model (PWM) helps to increase wages of workers through upgrading skills and improving productivity.

From 1 October 2023, attendance-taking for SkillsFuture Singapore's (SSG) funded courses must be done digitally via the Singpass App. This applies to both physical and synchronous e-learning courses.
Trainee must pass all prescribed tests / assessments and attain 100% competency.
We reserves the right to claw back the funded amount from trainee if he/she did not meet the eligibility criteria.

Absentee Payroll (AP) Funding:

$4.50 per hour, capped at $100,000 per enterprise per calendar year.
AP funding will be computed based on the actual number of training hours attended by the trainee.

SFEC:

If the Training Provider has submitted an enrolment for course fee grant claim in Training Partners Gateway (TPGateway), SSG would be able to derive SFEC funding based on this record. There is no need for enterprise to submit any claim request and the SFEC claim will be automatically generated and disbursed.
Where there is no such record, eligible employers are required to submit an SFEC claim after course completion via the SFEC microsite.

Steps to Apply Skills Future Claim

The staff will send you an invoice with the fee breakdown.
Login to the MySkillsFuture portal, select the course you’re enrolling on and enter the course date and schedule.
Enter the course fee payable by you (including GST) and enter the amount of credit to claim.
Upload your invoice and click ‘Submit’

Get Additional Course Fee Support Up to $500 under UTAP

The Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) is a training benefit provided to NTUC Union Members with an objective of encouraging them to upgrade with skills training. Wayne Lim: Wayne Lim is a ACTA trainer. An Agile practitioner and Scrum Master, part of a start-up in the Maritime sector, and involved in family’s’ food and beverage business. Wayne graduated from RMIT University with a bachelor’s in construction management. Having 11 years in project management experience in the construction and marine sectors. Lectured in tertiary institutions in topics like management, marketing, engineering, mathematics, and customer service. His current interest includes R and Python programming languages, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

Ken Hiong: Ken Hiong is a ACTA certified trainer. Ken has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, having assumed various functional and managerial roles in sales, marketing, business development, finance, business analysis and planning. With an interest and experience in scripting, Ken has worked on projects using HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, WordPress, MS Office, VBA, Power BI, etc. Notably, Ken is a proven expert Excel user at work who has made efficient many work processes, improved data analysis and enhanced the quality of business planning and reporting for organizations.

Sanjiv Venkatram: Sanjiv i is an ACTA certified experienced leader with a proven track record in business / finance consulting and in developing i) business intelligence (BI) solutions ii) data analytics/analysis solutions and iii) IOT lead BI solutions. Sanjiv's goal through Prudentia Consulting, is to promote the simple joy and excitement of actively using the Microsoft Platform. Sanjiv has rich experiences in diverse/complex high-tech businesses, turn around environments and strategic transformations. Dr. Alvin Ang: Dr. Alvin Ang is a ACTA certified trainer. Dr. Alvin Ang did his Ph.D., Masters and Bachelors from NTU, Singapore. Previously he was a Principal Consultant (Data Science) as well as an Assistant Professor. He was also 8 years SUSS adjunct lecturer. His focus and interest is in the area of real world data science. Though an operational researcher by study, his passion for practical applications outweigh his academic background. He owns a startup externally.
