Post-Secondary Education Account
Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA)
A government scheme that helps Singaporeans pay for approved post-secondary education and skills-training course fees.
The Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) helps Singaporeans meet their post-secondary education and approved training expenses. PSEA funds come from unused Edusave balances and government top-ups, and can be used to pay approved course fees — for yourself or for your immediate family.
What Can PSEA Be Used For?
Approved Courses
Pay for approved post-secondary and Continuing Education & Training (CET) course fees at approved training providers.
For Family Too
Use your PSEA for yourself or for immediate family members (e.g. siblings), with the account holder’s consent.
Stacks with Subsidies
PSEA can be used to pay the out-of-pocket fee after SkillsFuture and other government subsidies are applied.
How to Use PSEA for a Course
Check Your PSEA Balance
Log in with your Singpass to view your Post-Secondary Education Account balance on the MOE PSEA portal.
Confirm the Course is Approved
PSEA can only be used for approved post-secondary / CET courses. Check with our team whether your chosen course is PSEA-approved.
Submit a Withdrawal Form
Complete the MOE PSEA ad-hoc withdrawal form and submit it together with the course tax invoice from Tertiary Infotech.
MOE Reviews & Disburses
MOE processes your request and disburses the approved amount directly to the training provider.
Settle Any Balance
Pay any remaining course fee after PSEA and other subsidies have been applied.
PSEA is administered by the Ministry of Education (MOE). Eligibility and approved uses are subject to the prevailing MOE guidelines.
