Move beyond single-prompt AI and learn to run a coordinated team of AI agents. Manage Multi Agents with Paperclip is a hands-on 1-day course on Paperclip, the open-source platform for orchestrating a workforce of AI agents. You will set up your own self-hosted Paperclip instance, build an agent org chart with defined roles and reporting lines, and connect model-agnostic agent runtimes such as Claude, Codex, Gemini and Cursor so your agents work together on real business objectives.

Through practical exercises, participants will assign work through Paperclip’s ticket system, align every agent task to business goals and missions, schedule agents with heartbeats, and keep spending in control with per-agent budgets that pause agents automatically at their limits. You will also learn to govern your agent team responsibly — approving hires, reviewing strategies, tracing decisions through immutable audit logs, and overriding or terminating agents when needed. By the end of the course, you will be able to manage a multi-agent AI team that delivers real work, on goal and on budget.

Mohamed Afiq is a ACTA certifed trainer. Mohamed Afiq startup CTO for 3 years building proprietary delivery system from scratch and then managing a team of 20 developers. He leads instructor at CodeNinja, teaching coding to kids 9-16 years old and teach adults front-end and back-end for web development.

Lim Cheng Chong is an ACTA-certified trainer and NUS Computer Science graduate with a focus on education and interactive media. He has over 5 years of classroom teaching experience at institutions such as BCA Academy and NUS, in addition to creating more than 900 educational videos with over 5 million views on his YouTube channel. I think it will be best if the instructor can zoom in on the codes on the LCD display because it is too small to see from the back. It will be great if we could have some printed handouts to explain the purpose of the types of HTML tags and be given the solution codes to all the exercises given too

I think the instructor is very knowledgeable but there is still room for improvements in expressing himself. I think the teaching pace is quite ok, not boring and things just get going and going you can just forget the time and best of all I get to learn the things that I came for. I hope I can see improvements taking effect when I come for the Bootstrap and After Effects course! (Posted on 3/17/2017)
