How to Extract Your CPF Contribution Report
A CPF Contribution Report is often required as supporting proof for course funding and subsidy eligibility. Here is how to download yours from the CPF website.

Log in to CPF Online Services
Go to cpf.gov.sg and log in to “my cpf” Online Services with your Singpass.

Open Your Statement
From the dashboard, select “My Statement”.

View Contribution History
Under “Contribution History”, click “View Contribution History”.

Select the Period
Choose the period you need — for example, the last 15 months of contributions.

Download the Report
Download or print your CPF Contribution Report as a PDF file.

Submit as Proof
Submit the report as supporting proof for funding / subsidy eligibility or company-sponsored verification.
Note: Your CPF Contribution Report is a private document — only share it with authorised parties for course funding verification.
