2) It will help if trainer had made reference to the photocopied notes as she was teaching so we know which page she was on and write down necessary notes in correct page.
3) The print on the photocopied notes were light and small. It made reading difficult.
4) Trainer was friendly, and helped us to warm up to her quickly.
