Trainers

Design Thinking TrainerYong MuMing has worked with more than 45 schools and private organisations such as BottomSlim, Children Cancer Foundation, YouthCorp, NCS, HuaCheng & more. Before being a trainer, he had the opportunity to experience more than 30 roles and responsibilities in startups from different industries. In his journey as a trainer, he was involved in various workshops such as Design Thinking, Leadership, Learning Style, Team Building, STEM Education, Courage, Intrinsic Motivation, Values and Strengths. His belief in learning started since 2005 when he decided to end his feeling of helplessness in school, relationship and life. He first started his journey by discovering his unique personality, strengths, and values. Then, stretched himself from a shy introverted individual into a speaker, trainer and networker.

In his early learning journey, MuMing is encouraged to received results from what he once deemed was impossible; 3/5 Secondary School Bursary Award, 4/6 Director’s list in Nanyang Polytechnic Space & Interior Design, Best Commander March 2013 of SAF, Special Mentioned from SAF Unit’s Commanding Officer during R&R, and participated with his Unit's Battalion Key Leadership Team on TetraMap Training as a NSF.

He believes that everybody can develop the "Courage Muscles" to explore, experiment and endure to make their life goals a reality. As it doesn't take money to make money, or tactics to build genuine relationships, or magic to live a regret-free life. It takes courage to ask for a better deal, courage to resolve an unspoken hurt, and courage to stay in the game of making our goals a reality.
