She has trained over 300 participants in design thinking in various institutions and ATOs including the Polytechnic, Robotics Automation Centre etc. An IBM certified Design Thinking Instructor in Singapore supporting the SGUnited skills programmes.

She uses a variety of instructional methods including a blended approach that combines highly interactive lessons and tech-enabled online collaboration tools, I have consistently received strong positive feedback on lessons being fun and engaging; and being an insightful and motivating instructor. I deliver both f2f and via zoom and Teams.

Critical Thinking TrainerYang Yen Thaw is an ACLP+ACTA certified trainer , a registered management consultant (RMC) and a lawyer. He has held senior executive positions in management and law in listed as well as private limited companies with businesses spanning Australia, China, France, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, UK, USA, and most South East Asian countries.

In fuelling his training passion in lifelong learning, he brings creativity and innovation, sparked with humour through his experience of learning diverse subjects, advising clients and C-suite executives across the world, managing his own law firm for 12 years, and engaging participants throughout. He believes learners need to be deeply involved and engaged to enrich themselves and the nation as a whole.

Yen Thaw has studied many different disciplines in his professional life and has interwoven these together to create innovation and creativity in a unique technique with his students which is the need of Industry 4.0.
