The Productivity Solutions Grant (SkillsFuture Training Subsidy) [PSG (SFTS)] is part of the enhanced Productivity Solutions Grant1. Companies can tap on PSG (SFTS) to upskill your employees for productivity improvement and business transformation. The PSG (SFTS) covers 70% of out-of-pocket training expenses incurred by companies, and is capped at $10,000 per company. It is provided on top of existing government course fee subsidies, and in addition to the sector-specific grant cap for the PSG pre-scoped productivity solutions.

Who Can Apply?

The PSG (SFTS) is open to all companies registered in Singapore that have at least one approved PSG project, including projects approved prior to the launch of the PSG (SFTS).

How to Apply?

Companies can apply for the PSG (SFTS) from 1 July 2019 to 31 March 2023 via the Business Grants Portal (BGP). Companies may apply for multiple PSG projects, but will only be given one PSG (SFTS) account, from which claims of up to $10,000 can be made over the programme period.
